Simple and unbeatable menu that speaks from the tradition. Torta fritta with wonderful cured meat are the heroes of every meal. But on the menu you can also find whitebait, frog legs, pisarei.
Lovely set up on the river of the Po river, it seems to be back in the 50s.

Historical trattoria on the banks of the river Po, excellent cold cuts (salumi) and fried cake (torta fritta), wonderful Tiramisu, many other dishes to try. If you visit Cremona it may be an idea to reach it by bike (protected cycle path all along the way, just a few kilometres). Reservations are necessary on weekends.
In wintertime when eating inside, the smell of fried food on your clothes is unfortunately almost guaranteed.

Excellent trattoria in the Cremona area where you can taste typical local dishes. Very kind and professional staff in recommending their tastiest dishes. I recommend the fried gnocco accompanied by the greetings which is uniquely delicious.
Excellent prices and guaranteed quality
Embarrassing. We book for a group of 9 people for Sunday lunch two weeks in advance. The place is really full and the tables are all occupied. We sit down at 1.00pm, 1.20pm and we communicate choices (starters, cold cuts and fried pie mainly + second courses indicated on the menu)...at 3.00pm we get up to leave the place without having had lunch!!! Not a crumb of bread, not a cured meat, table forgotten despite the request for explanations. When leaving we again complain about the drastic disorganization with the response "if you all take cured meats and fried pie it will take time". Total disorganization in addition to the slightly annoyed tone, which is a shame because the offer was really interesting and the previous reviews were good. Absolutely needs improvement because the Cremonese deserves more
I didn't feel like a customer, but a guest. The environment is very simple but at the same time welcoming. The food is great, fried pie with cured meats is exceptional. The second courses were delicious, the staff very friendly and very helpful. I recommend the house wine (rabosello). We will definitely be back, p.s. the prices are very honest. If after lunch you want to stretch your legs a bit, you can admire the banks of the Po. The place is very close to the large river.
